Privacy Policy

The short version

This website collects personal information in exactly one place: the project enquiry form on our contact page. We use what you send to reply to your enquiry. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

Who is responsible

Netflex Services SARL is responsible for the personal information described here. Our operating base is Democratic Republic of the Congo. You can reach us at servicesnetflex@gmail.com.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the enquiry form, we receive the fields you complete:

• Your name and email address (required, so we can reply)
• Your organization, if you provide it
• The message you write

Please do not send confidential technical details, credentials or personal data about third parties through this form. If a project needs that, we will agree a secure channel first.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider processes standard technical request data, such as IP address, the page requested, and browser user-agent, in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We use your IP address in memory, briefly, to rate-limit the enquiry form so it cannot be flooded. We do not build advertising profiles from this data.

Analytics: this website does not currently run any third-party analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, this policy will be updated before the change goes live.

Why we use it, and on what basis

• To answer your enquiry. Because you asked us to. You submitted the form and confirmed the consent checkbox.
• To keep the site available and secure. Because we have a legitimate interest in preventing abuse of a public form.
• To meet legal or accounting obligations, where an enquiry becomes an actual engagement.

Who else sees it

We keep the number of parties handling your information as small as we practically can. Depending on configuration, the following may process it on our behalf:

• Our hosting provider, which serves this website and processes technical request data.
• Our email provider, which delivers your enquiry to our inbox.

These providers act on our instructions. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

International transfers

Our hosting and email providers may process data on servers outside Democratic Republic of the Congo. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer under their own data protection commitments.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not become projects: kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted on request.
• Enquiries that become engagements: retained for the duration of the relationship and for as long as we are required to keep business records.
• Rate-limiting data: held only in server memory, for minutes, and never written to a database.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email servicesnetflex@gmail.com and we will respond as promptly as we reasonably can. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. The enquiry endpoint validates and size-limits every submission, rejects cross-origin posts, and applies rate limiting. Credentials for our email provider are held as server-side environment variables and are never exposed to the browser. No system is perfectly secure, but security is part of how we build, for our own site as much as for our clients.

Children

This website is aimed at organizations and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and revise the date above.
