1. About these terms
This website is operated by Netflex Services SARL. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. What this website is
This site describes the services Netflex Services offers and the products we are building. It is general information about our capabilities. It is not a quotation, a contract, or professional advice for your specific situation.
Any actual engagement between us is governed by a separate written agreement setting out scope, deliverables, timelines, fees and responsibilities. Where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement takes precedence.
3. Products, projects and their status
Products are launched platforms with their own domain. Projects are larger initiatives still being built. We label each one honestly:
- OKOA FRESH and KOTAPASS are our products, each operating at its own domain. Described functionality may change as they develop.
- NETFLEX Sentinel AI is a project in development. No pilot has been run yet, and any deployment will follow the applicable data protection requirements in its market.
- NETFLEX Pay is a planned project and is not available. Nothing on this site should be read as an offer of financial services, as a claim to hold any financial licence or regulatory authorization, or as a representation that any payment functionality is operational.
4. Acceptable use
When using this site, you agree not to:
- Submit false information, or impersonate another person or organization
- Use the enquiry form to send unsolicited advertising or bulk messages
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its infrastructure or any connected system
- Probe, scan or test the security of the site without our prior written permission
- Interfere with the site's availability, including by overloading it
- Scrape or systematically extract content for republication
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in this website, please tell us at servicesnetflex@gmail.com before disclosing it publicly. We will engage with good-faith reports.
5. Intellectual property
The content, design, code and graphics on this site are owned by Netflex Services SARL or used with permission. The Netflex Services name, logo and brand assets are ours, and may not be copied, altered, recolored or used to suggest an association that does not exist.
You may view and print pages for your own reference. Any other reuse requires our written permission.
6. Accuracy
We work to keep this site accurate and current, and we deliberately avoid publishing statistics, client claims or credentials we cannot substantiate. Even so, content may become out of date. We provide the site "as is" and do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. External links
Where we link to other websites, we do so for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Netflex Services SARL is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
